P&G Mouthwash Leaves Teeth Brown: Suit

Law360, New York (August 18, 2009, 4:12 PM EDT) -- A Michigan woman has slapped Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Co. with a putative class action alleging that Crest Pro-Health mouthwash caused unsightly brown stains between her teeth and that the company failed to inform consumers about the product's risk of tooth discoloration.

Leslie McQuillan filed a four-count amended complaint Monday against Procter & Gamble Manufacturing and Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
