Extended Stay Head Tries To Block Remand Of Suits

Law360, New York (August 18, 2009, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Extended Stay Inc. chairman David Lichtenstein has asked a court to keep in bankruptcy court two lawsuits filed against him by lenders who financed his $8 billion acquisition of the company, fighting the lenders' motions to remand the suits to the state courts where they were filed.
