IP Litigation Troubles U.S. Businesses: Survey

In its third annual survey of corporate litigation trends, Fulbright & Jaworski asked 422 corporate counsel worldwide about their top litigation concerns in its third annual survey. The survey spanned multiple topics, from the most prevalent types of lawsuits businesses face to new legal burdens that impact budgets.
