Crowell & Moring Age Bias Suit Sent To Federal Court

Law360, New York (August 19, 2009, 12:14 PM EDT) -- A lawsuit filed by a 54-year-old former employee of Crowell & Moring LLP accusing the firm of punishing her for blowing the whistle on age discrimination has been moved from a District of Columbia court to the federal level.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia assigned the case to Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly on Aug. 13, removing it from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
