Ex-Chungwa Exec Indicted In CRT Conspiracy

Law360, New York (August 19, 2009, 4:08 PM ET) -- A Taiwanese former top executive at Chungwa Picture Tubes has been indicted on charges of conspiracy to fix prices, reduce output and allocate market shares of color display tubes, a type of cathode ray tube used in computer monitors, the U.S. Department of Justice said Wednesday.
