South Korea Wins Back Right To Nigeria Drilling

Law360, New York (August 20, 2009, 12:56 PM EDT) -- A Nigerian federal court has reportedly reversed a previous ruling handed down by the nation's government that stripped South Korea's National Oil Corp. of the right to conduct offshore oil exploration.

On Thursday, the Nigerian High Court ruled in favor of KNOC, tossing out the earlier revocation order issued by the administration, according to Reuters.
