Australian Sen. Panel Urges Fertilizer Market Tweaks

Law360, New York (August 20, 2009, 2:39 PM EDT) -- An Australian Senate committee has recommended that the country's antitrust laws related to restrictive trade practices be reviewed and amended to ensure they can properly address abuses of market power, as part of a final report issued Thursday examining price increases in the fertilizer market.
