Boeing Faces 15 Liability Suits For Spanair Crash

Law360, New York (August 20, 2009, 6:37 PM EDT) -- The survivors and family members of the victims of a Spanair SA flight that crashed shortly after takeoff in August 2008 have sued Boeing Co., its McDonnell Douglas Corp. unit and four of its agents in at least 15 lawsuits alleging the companies negligently installed defective equipment in the aircraft.
