Fed. Circ. Whacks IP Suit Over Hybrid Tennis Court

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 12:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has upheld the dismissal of a patent infringement and unfair business practices suit brought by former tennis pro Renata Marcinkowska alleging that two companies used her model for a half-grass, half-clay tennis court for a showdown between Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.
