ITC Orders O2 Micro Employees To Talk

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 2:09 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge has rejected a request by technology security company O2 Micro International Ltd. to bar the deposition of 11 of its employees in the company's patent infringement dispute with Monolithic Power Systems Inc. and other technology designers.

Administrative Law Judge E. James Gildea issued an order Aug. 19 ruling that Monolithic “identified for each of the requested deponents matters that may be relevant to issues presented in this investigation.”
