Trailer Maker Fights Plaintiffs' Expert In FEMA MDL

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 7:08 PM EDT) -- Gulf Stream Coach Inc. is seeking to exclude testimony by one of the plaintiffs' experts in a case that is part of the multidistrict litigation accusing the U.S. government and manufacturers of providing hurricane victims with formaldehyde-laden emergency housing units, arguing that his factual basis and methodology are “grossly inadequate.”
