NH High Court Pulls Oil Cos. Back Into MTBE Suit

Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 5:25 PM EDT) -- New Hampshire’s highest court has ruled that the state's contamination suit against oil refining companies Flint Hills Resources LP and Western Refining Yorktown Inc. was properly served, remanding a lower court’s dismissal of the case.

The New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled Friday that the state did not need a federal court’s authority to file a complaint against the companies.
