Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 1:04 PM ET) -- McCarter & English LLP announced Wednesday that it had added to its intellectual property and information technology practice two former Bromberg & Sunstein LLP partners, including a name partner, who left the boutique due to differences over whether the firm should merge with a larger outfit.
Lee Bromberg started work Wednesday, and Erik Belt began on Monday, both as partners in the Boston office. They announced their resignation from Boston-based Bromberg & Sunstein in July. The firm has been renamed Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers LLP....
