Shipper Fights Columbia Gas Antitrust Suit Dismissal

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 1:35 PM ET) -- Natural gas shipper Advantage Energy Marketing Inc. is challenging a judge's decision to throw out its antitrust action against interstate pipe operator Columbia Gas Transmission Corp. on the grounds that it had not been active on Columbia's pipeline since at least 2000.
