11th Circ. OKs Sanctions Against Shavitz In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 6:10 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has signed off on sanctions against Shavitz Law Group PA, a Florida firm that has filed almost a quarter of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida's Fair Labor Standards Act suits, for improperly soliciting plaintiffs in a nationwide overtime class action.
