Former Lehman President Files $233M Claim

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 3:02 PM EDT) -- Joseph Gregory, the former president and chief operating officer of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., has filed a $233 million claim against the defunct investment bank in an attempt to recover deferred equity compensation.

Gregory's claim was filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Aug. 5, and first reported on Wednesday by Reuters.
