Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 6:54 PM EDT) -- Forced into bankruptcy after a $3 million casino project went belly up, resort developer Fontainebleau Las Vegas LLC has been partially denied summary judgment in its dispute with lenders after a judge ruled that its claims require a trial.
