Challenge To BPA, Alcoa Contract Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (September 1, 2009, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will allow Pacific Northwest Generating Cooperative to challenge a contract between Bonneville Power Administration and Alcoa Inc. that unilaterally amended a controversial provision that the appeals court previously had deemed invalid.
