Golf Cleat Inventor Tees Off On Softspikes Patents

Law360, New York (September 2, 2009, 1:39 PM EDT) -- An inventor of technology used in golf cleats has hit Softspikes LLC with an infringement suit alleging the company breached a contract between the parties when it halted royalty payments owed to him for five patents obtained by using his inventions.
