ValueClick Seeks Sanctions Against AOL Unit

Law360, New York (September 2, 2009, 5:15 PM EDT) -- ValueClick Inc. has moved for sanctions against AOL LLC subsidiary Tacoda Inc., claiming the company has repeatedly refused to honor discovery requests in a suit accusing it of infringing two patents for targeted online advertising technology.
