Ford Wins Costs Battle In Limousine Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 02, 2009, 6:24 PM ET) -- Ford Motor Co. is entitled to recover costs after ultimately prevailing in an antitrust suit alleging it colluded with limousine builders to form a coalition that was open only to companies who abided by safety standards the auto giant imposed, an appeals court has ruled.
