ITC Takes Up Lincoln’s Wire Products Patent Case

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 12:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into whether five foreign companies’ importation of bulk welding wire containers into the U.S. is infringing Cleveland-based Lincoln Electric Co.’s patents covering welding wire equipment.
