Amgen, Roche OK Temporary Mircera Import Ban

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 2:57 PM EDT) -- Amgen Inc. and Roche Holding Ltd. have reached a temporary truce in their battle over Roche's importation of anemia drug Mircera, agreeing to stipulate to certain facts in support of a temporary import exclusion order for Mircera before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
