Wash. Farms Cut From Thai Fruit Pickers' FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Two Washington farms have been dropped from a class action filed by a group of Thai farmworkers accusing them and Global Horizons Manpower Inc., an international labor contractor, of violating minimum wage laws while the workers were in the U.S. on temporary visas.
