Resonance Told To Produce Docs In MRI Patent Suit

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 3:41 PM EDT) -- Magnetic resonance imaging system service provider Resonance Technology Inc. has been ordered to cough up more detailed discovery — including a privilege log and documents that reside with its former counsel — in its patent infringement suit against NordicNeuroLab AS.

Judge Paul Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on Wednesday granted NordicNeuroLab's motion to compel further discovery, although he denied the defendant's request for sanctions.
