Magazine Mogul Sues To Release Charity Publication

Law360, New York (September 03, 2009, 4:59 PM ET) -- A Miami magazine mogul has filed suit against his former employer Niche Media Holdings LLC, saying the luxury magazine company notified him that it would seek to prevent him from releasing a magazine he produced with disadvantaged youth.
