9th Circ. Backs US In $42M Waste Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (September 04, 2009, 5:33 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court decision in favor of the U.S. in which the owners of an illegal waste disposal business were found liable for extensive cleanup on a property on a California Indian reservation.
