$200M Dish Network Sanctions Added To TiVo Award

Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 3:01 PM EDT) -- TiVo Inc. has succeeded in convincing a judge to levy nearly $200 million in contempt sanctions against Dish Network Corp. for violating a court-mandated injunction, bringing TiVo’s total award in its patent infringement suit to roughly $400 million.
