Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 6:15 PM EDT) -- Arguing that the weakened U.S. steel industry is vulnerable to an influx of new imports, three domestic steel producers have urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to retain anti-dumping duties on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China, Russia and Ukraine.
