Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Online auction business Inc. has asked a court to impose sanctions on a consumer who accused the company of misrepresenting the quality of its wares and using computer-generated “shill” bidders to drive up prices, saying the allegations are false and have likely damaged’s image.
