Fraunhofer USA Freed From Employee Contract Suit

Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 4:47 PM EDT) -- A domestic subsidiary of German applied technology research organization Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft has been dismissed from a breach of contract suit brought against both companies by a former employee seeking to recover a percentage of an $80 million stent patent litigation award.
