Fidelity Drops Computer Crime Claims V. AIG Unit

Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 5:51 PM EDT) -- Fidelity National Insurance Inc. and Chicago Title Insurance Co. have dropped their computer crime policy claim against a subsidiary of the American International Group Inc., leaving two other claims intact in a suit seeking coverage for losses in excess of $30 million.

The parties entered into an agreement to dismiss without prejudice the computer crime policy claim against National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh Pa. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on Sept. 2.
