EEOC Serves Up Retaliation Suit Against Sara Lee

Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has slapped Sara Lee Corp. with a lawsuit claiming that the consumer goods company fired a production machine operator who alleged that she had been sexually harassed and complained that a supervisor was treating Hispanic workers better than their black colleagues.
