FDA Pulls Unauthorized OTC Anti-Microbial Products

Law360, New York (September 9, 2009, 12:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has reached a deal with officers of Care-Tech Laboratories Inc. in which the company will stop manufacturing, marketing and distributing more than a dozen unapproved over-the-counter anti-microbial product lines that raised red flags during a recent FDA inspection.
