Supreme Court Stars Discuss Top Legal Stage

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009, 5:05 PM EDT) -- According to former U.S. Solicitor General Seth P. Waxman, there are three kinds of lawyers who argue before the U.S. Supreme Court: those the justices like, those they don't like and those they've never heard of.

“It's certainly fair to say that the justices are familiar with my work,” Waxman, now with 1,000-lawyer strong WilmerHale LLP, deadpanned in a recent interview.
