Congressmen Urge ITC To Retain Steel Duties

Peter Visclosky, D-Ind., and Jo Bonner, R-Ala., are urging the U.S. International Trade Commission to maintain anti-dumping duties on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China, Russia and Ukraine, saying the duties will help protect American jobs and strengthen the U.S. manufacturing base.
