EPA Green Light For Calif. GHG Rules Challenged

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Automobile Dealers Association have filed a petition with a federal appeals court in Washington seeking review of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's decision to let California set its own limits on greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles.

The Chamber of Commerce and NADA filed their petition in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Sept. 8, naming the EPA and Administrator Lisa P. Jackson as respondents.
