DOC To Revisit Ruling On Chinese Pipe Duties

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009, 1:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has been asked to reconsider a ruling regarding the Chinese government's involvement with a company that supplies hot-rolled steel to Huludao Steel Pipe Industrial Co. Ltd., a Chinese welded pipe exporter facing countervailing duties, and several of its affiliates.
