Magnesia Carbon Brick Imports May Hurt US: ITC

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Anti-dumping and countervailing duty probes aimed at magnesia carbon bricks brought into the U.S. from Mexico and China will continue to move forward, after the U.S. International Trade Commission found Friday that there was an indication the imports were hurting or threatening the refractories industry in the United States.
