Chinese Pencil Exporters Seek To Erase High Duties

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A trio of Chinese pencil exporters — which together control the majority of the market — has brought a lawsuit challenging certain anti-dumping duties that the U.S. Department of Commerce is trying to impose on them for the one-year period from December 2006 to November 2007.
