Secure To Appeal $14M Antivirus Patent Ruling

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 1:55 PM EDT) -- Antivirus technology firm Secure Computing Corp. has appealed a district court's $13.8 million patent infringement ruling, keeping its promise to take “all necessary steps” to fight for its reputation in a suit brought by competitor Finjan Software Ltd.
