Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 2:00 PM ET) -- Sony Electronics Inc. has exited a suit over a patent for a volume control mechanism for televisions that International Control Systems LLC brought against the electronics maker.
At the parties’ joint request Judge John T. Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas agreed to dismiss the claims against Sony with prejudice.
