Girafa Thumbnail Patent Suit Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 4:30 PM ET) -- A federal judge has cleared the way for Girafa.com Inc.’s suit to head to trial next month against Yahoo Inc. and other e-commerce companies for allegedly infringing its patent for providing a preview thumbnail image of a Web page, shooting down the defendants’ arguments that the patent was invalid.
