Bausch Gets One Claim Dropped In ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 7:28 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed part of a case brought by three former high-ranking executives of Bausch & Lomb Inc. while leaving intact the main claim, which alleges that the eye care company wrongfully reduced certain supplemental employee retirement plan benefits.
