Attys Allowed To Withdraw From Welding Fumes MDL

Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 4:29 PM ET) -- Attorneys for a plaintiff in multidistrict product liability litigation over welding fumes have been allowed to withdraw from the case, citing lack of cooperation from their client.

Judge Kathleen O'Malley of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on Thursday found the counsel's motion to withdraw meritorious.

As a result, John Barrett of Barrett Law Office PA, Richard Scruggs of Scruggs Law Firm and Scott Nelson of Maples & Lomax PA are no longer attorneys on the case.
