Crucible Ch. 11 Plan Faces Tax, Union Objections

Law360, New York (September 21, 2009, 12:42 PM ET) -- Crucible Materials Corp.'s quest to complete its Chapter 11 asset sale has hit three new bumps in the road, with several creditors raising questions about the company's tax and labor liabilities and demanding payment.

The Arlington Independent School District, IPLogic Inc. and the United Steelworkers union on Friday filed objections to the sale in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
