Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 7:33 PM EDT) -- Ruling that corporations have a personal privacy interest under the Freedom of Information Act, an appeals court has ordered the Federal Communications Commission to reconsider its release of documents obtained during an investigation into alleged overcharging by AT&T Inc.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Tuesday granted AT&T's petition for review of the FCC's order compelling disclosure of the documents, remanding it to the FCC for further proceedings.
