Labor Cases Fill High Court's Plate For Current Term

Law360, New York (October 16, 2009, 5:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has already heard or is poised to hear five labor and employment cases this term, including two labor cases involving arbitration issues, a Title VII case with echoes of the controversial Ledbetter decision and a case over how much deference courts should give to Employee Retirement Income Security Act plan administrators.
