6th Circ. Sides With Aon In ATCO Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 12:31 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a summary judgment ruling in favor of insurance broker Aon Risk Management in a breach of contract suit brought by lumber company Anderson-Tully Co. over coverage for an underlying securities dispute with company executives.

In a Sept. 23 decision the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit affirmed a district court's finding that ATCO's claims were without merit.
