Honeywell Fined For Chemical Accidents

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 11:51 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has hit Honeywell International Inc. with a $550,000 civil penalty for separate chemical accidents that killed one person and sickened workers and residents living near its Baton Rouge, La., chemical plant.
